credit card over the phone.

phone orders require payment via MasterCard or Visa at time of
order.

Please consult our online catalog (click here) to review the
latest imprints and color selections available. This site is
updated with most current and update information.
- What is your policy on returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive defective merchandise or are unsatisfied with your
purchase please contact us immediately via email at
service@mossworld.com or by calling us at 248-828-7460
(we are open Monday thru Friday from 9AM-5PM EST) so that we
can resolve any issue promptly. We will either replace the
product or refund the purchase price.
Product returns are accepted for almost any reason within 30
days of receipt. Items not in their original condition,
damaged, or missing parts cannot be accepted.
In the case of refunds, the credit card used for the purchase
will be credited in one to two billing cycles. If you don't
receive a credit within two billing cycles please contact us.
